A week of working online from Thailand..... We started in Bangkok - laptop by the pool, cafe with wifi, all very "digital nomad." That lasted about two days before Jai decided he had opinions about that! Then Kanchanaburi, where "working by the pool" turned into answering "mum watch this" every ninety seconds, and the desk in our room became his art station, so i worked from the bed instead. But having a weekend break at Erawan Falls was exactly what we both needed to recharge our online batteries Now we're in Hua Hin for the month with an actual working area and a pool downstairs. Borneo was a huge surprise….. We left the UK two weeks ago to explore the jungles of Borneo (Sabah to be precise) The night fish markets in Kota Kinabalu, the Sunday market on Gaya Street, a day trip to Sapi Island, and then…. Sepilok. Orangutans being rehabilitated back into the wild, sun bears, and a rainforest that was incredibly beautiful and full of the most amazing wildlife Three completely different experiences.
